I recently had to remove a couple people for spamming. If anybody tries to spam you in your DMs please let me know so I can have them removed. We want this to be a safe community not somewhere with more ads and spammers.

@Matt Hanna I do have problems with sleep. I eat clean, exercise: ruck with 20lbs, rebound and resistance bands along with yoga.
