Hi everyone, I’m Janine, founder of Adapt Your Table. I created this space for families, educators, and curious learners who want to connect food, science, and technology in a hands-on way. My background is in public health and gardening, and I’ve turned that passion into the Tabletop Farm Kit; a small indoor Growth Chamber that helps kids learn how food grows while exploring climate, sensors, and STEM skills.
