Foundations of Ascension is a free community for spiritual seekers, truth-tellers, and heart-led leaders devoted to healing, inner transformation, and the rise of a New Earth. Happy Monday family!! We are one day away from the Nervous System Healing Workshop. It will be taking place tomorrow at 6pm Mountain Standard Time. That's 5pm PST, 8pm EST, and 1AM GMT. In order to access the Workshop, all you have to do is head over to the "Calendar" Section of the community and click on the zoom link for the workshop. At the top of the community there will also be something that says "Nervous System Healing Workshop is Happening Now" and you can just click on that to join at the Workshop time too! I'm excited to lead this tomorrow! Who else is excited for it!?
