The problem with goal setting is that any loser can do that. You're putting yourself on the same level as 99 percent of people in the world. Goals are cheap. They don’t mean anything. Everyone wants to make 20K a month. Everyone wants freedom. Everyone wants to be respected. You're not special because you want it. What makes you a winner is the systems you build to actually get there. The daily habits. The structure. The standard you hold yourself to when no one's watching. Losers write goals down once a year and forget about them a week later. Winners build a machine. A system that runs no matter how they feel. That’s how you make progress with or without motivation. That’s how you separate yourself from the 99 percent who just hope it all works out. - Luke
