From the Quiz: Archetype: The Successful Synergist I am Skool community owner. It was actually kinda hard to write that sentence; I rewrote it 3 times because even though I have 4 communities in various stages I don’t see myself as a community “owner” (mostly part of another problem – recognized roadblock). I have been working on one more this year, although the others are always calling my name. I am 62 and neurospicy so my brain has so much life information…personal and professional. Ideas for programs are never stopping (recognized roadblock). The description of the Successful Synergist was so spot on. The community I want to host are based on friendship and the commitment to supporting one another whether it is for personal growth or professional. I have narrowed down my audience to women of my generation (GenJones). I have been calling myself a “guide or facilitator or BFF” more than taking the role an expert/teacher in any area, although I would be considered an expert in them all. The motto of this archetype is foundational to my life and values. No woman left behind. The values most important to me in building is respect and inclusive. My goal is consistency. Focus on one offer and getting more personal in my invitations vs advertising.
