I'm headed to the gym right now to do leg day. . that's a win! Exercise is a great way to get a healthy dose of dopamine and seratonin and endorphines. . all the feel good chemicals.

Here is what worked for her: The Busy Day Strategy: She picked a quit date when she knew she would be super busy, leaving no empty time to overthink a craving. The Car Cleanout: She threw away her car ashtray and got the interior detailed. Getting rid of that stale smoke smell completely killed her automatic urge to light up while driving. so so true. . .I have to be careful not to put myself in situations with friends or activities that make me wish I could smoke... . Even the smell of other people smoking is a trigger so it's like I need to get new friends who don't smoke!
