Nutrition plan- Slowly eat breakfast (english muffin, peanut butter/jam) plus coffee. Maurten bars on bike 40g an hour, Precision 15g in bottle 1x hour. Run is maurten gel 1x hour. Carry precision 15g in bottle. Doubt is ru, as I don t love gels, but Maurten seem to work. Most nervous about- the 40 min bus, this is new. Bike- Im feeling good on the bike lately, Watts are my best goal I think I worry about the run sometimes but, this is due to overheating (age:). Janelle Taper is always annoying! Trust is part of it.
