This program will help early‑stage AI builders with compute credits, mentorship, and tools to grow fast in Europe.   2. Anthropic released an upgraded AI model called Claude Opus 4.6 with significant improvements in coding, finance, and multi‑agent workflows. It can handle larger tasks and is expanding into enterprise markets. 3. Anthropic and OpenAI released new AI models on the same day, deepening their rivalry.
