We just wrapped up The Human Advantage Summit inside The AI MAP Room, and I’m feeling proud, grateful… and ready to take a nice long nap. 😂 A HUGE thank-you to @Brenda Rigney for creating the Summit training inside VIP. I applied everything you taught, and I really feel like my first summit was a success. 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 “𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱” 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮’𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹! 🎓💜 A few lessons learned for anyone thinking about hosting one: 💜 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱. Setting everything up for the first time AND running the actual summit took more time than I expected. Although, in fairness, my inner perfectionist may have added a few extra assignments. 😂 💜 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. THIS is what made the event itself run smoothly. My posts were pre-written and scheduled, my speaker intros were ready, and the recorded sessions and gifts were set up so all I had to do was switch the toggle to “publish.” 𝘐 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴. 𝘐 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘐’𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦! 💜 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹! Follow Brenda’s guidance. Seriously. Having the training and templates to work from made the entire process doable. I did all the work myself, with zero admin support, and I honestly don’t think I could have done that without Brenda’s Summit training to follow. If you’re considering a summit and you’re not in VIP, it’s absolutely worth considering. 💜 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸. Don’t talk yourself out of reaching out! They won’t all say yes, but you may be surprised by how many do. Give them the chance to decide. 💜 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀. Give yourself some grace along the way. Your community will pick up on your energy, and you deserve to enjoy what you’ve created. A few imperfect moments won’t undo all your hard work. Thank you, Brenda, for giving me the guidance to make this happen. This graduate is tired, happy, and pretty darn proud of herself. 🎓💜
