The reason I ask, is that for most people, their favourite DJ is someone who seems to be talking to them - personally! It’s a style used by most radio DJ’s - and also YouTubers. It’s about ‘engaging’ your audience. My tips on this are: 1. When recording a video, imagine it’s one of best friends that’s sitting opposite you - and talk as if you’re speaking only to them! 2. Think about it. Unless, (for some reason), your video is being played at a public gathering - in a bar, it’s most likely that it’s being watched by individuals. That’s who you need to engage with. 3. Unless you’re posting into a small Social Media group, never start a video with, ‘Hi Guys’. Doing that is a 1->Many style - which will immediately lower your chances of engaging with your viewer. I hope that helps. I welcome your comments!
