EAT YOUR WATER 💦 DAY 1-4
I started my journey Monday April 27th eating just fruits and drinking water and exercising as well I started at 310 now I’m at 302. And I must say God has truly been disciplining me if I was doing this from the “flesh” I would have started back eating junk foods. But I thank God for this opportunity and thanks to Joel for the challenge I don’t crave junk food like I used too I have my desires but it doesn’t overwhelm me .. Heyyy Joel it’s nae you already know me☺️ My health goals are to eat healthier and to lose weight and gain muscle as well as keeping it off. Some advice and what motivates you to keep the body moving see I do move and try to work my muscles but it’s not enough. I also struggle with choosing my exercises as well as balancing my meals My favorite fruit is MANGOESSSSSSS 🥭 I do like to cook I don’t have a favorite dish though
