She showed up every single day and popped into calls even when she only had moments—through holidays, busy spells, and ā€œlife happeningā€ā€”she made progress by stringing together good days. This is key! Consistency is stronger than occasional bursts of perfection. 2ļøāƒ£ Tactical Daily Habits > Over Micromanaging every bite of food... Instead of adding up spreadsheets of macros & calories, Paula ate key combinations on her custom plan, listened to metabolic hormone hunger signals, and later added morning vegetable juices to temporarily alkalize the bloodstream.

FIRST WALK
Ok I injured myself in 2023 running/more like a jog after hiking the Niagara Glen/gorge! Since then another fall and another foot/ankle injury 2024.... 3 Viral chest infections and two years later and I finally feel as though I can get a Walk in today! Thank you to Antonio for dialing me in On just what my body needs to heal! While On vacation in April this year I used my granddaughters stroller for stabilization while walking around the resort. So I have picked up a used stroller and plan to walk my 13 year old Pomeranian around like the prince he is. Lol. I'll check back after the walk.

I’d really like to learn about marketing. So that it doesn’t sound spammy. I do spend too much time on my phone instead of concentrating on my hypnotherapy business. I need a new day planner (tomorrow I’ll pick one up) and I believe I have found an accountability partner. I also get distracted with you tube. Lol Lots of interesting stuff that is more interesting than what I’m supposed to be working on šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø I need to focus more on my business, and just get going. Learning to jump back in after all those distractions and get back on board with my business. I get discouraged and then I just play on my phone. I’m also behind on my anaracitam.

Chocolate recipe
OK, on Sunday I found out about this coconut cream that were allowed to have so I bought some. I thought I’d try it so I mixed it with some of the Greek yogurt. As I suspected, he makes 12 together very good. kicked the yogurt up a notch. So next I knew I was making the chocolate recipe so I thought what would happen if I added the coconut cream to the chocolate recipe, my thinking was it might make it a little more smooth and velvety. well WOW It was awesome to say the least. so here’s a picture of it. Wish we had taste through the airways. Has anyone else tried this before thoughts please!!!!šŸ˜‡šŸ”„šŸ’ŖšŸ»šŸ‘‰
