I've just listened to the 'Meet the Chakras' module again. They're all great. That one has me feeling particularly good, even after quite an intense day. Whole, settled ... surrendered, even. Calm. Without drama : ) (Not that I indulge in drama any more, but thoughts can still tangle sometimes.) Just lovely. I really enjoyed the longer 'energy waterfall' chakra meditation on YouTube as well, the other day. I'm definitely benefiting from this daily practice. I'm grounding and energising, without having to create a formal time for that, and then I also usually listen to one of the teaching modules and do the associated meditation, so I've been through the Essentials twice and begun the Spirit Guides. I like to do one of the YouTube meditations every now and again as well. They're so imaginative and poetic they appeal immensely. Thank you so much for creating this group and all your recordings Gabe. It's an amazing resource. And divinely timely, I feel.

I have just joined and i have been listening to the essentials, so far the grounding, golden suns and psychic centering have been amazing. I have been grounding and bringing in the golden sun energy every morning since I joined, about a week, and this has made such a difference to my life already. I feel so different and this along with the work I’m doing with the runes is opening up my mind, thoughts and understanding.

drew this card twice in a row as i'm writing the bones of my creative aim of the next 9 weeks! it's been a rocky ride to any semblance of clarity but the Leo full moon is passing through my 10th house where my sun is. Yesterday morning I was sick and feeling clouded and frustrated & that I am not "on time" with the energy. But it's weird, somehow everything flowed together and I ended the day feeling super good with traction that I've been praying for for months. 🔥
