@Catherine Benn Now that’s real right there Catherine 💯 Everybody wanna jump straight to the big results… six-pack, weight gone, body transformed overnight. But the truth? It’s exactly what you said. It’s the little habits. The extra walk. Drinking the water. Showing up even when you tired and lowkey don’t feel like it. Making the better choice more times than not. That’s where the real change happens. People think transformation comes from one big moment… Nah. It comes from stacking them little disciplined days. That’s the whole No More Day 1 mindset right there. But let me ask you something… What was the first tiny habit you started that actually started moving the needle for you?
