Hey yall, I use to weigh 600+, or as my wife says, when you were tv show size 🤦‍♂️. I am now 189 and in the process of getting skin removal from my thigh, already had it removed from abdomen. Was finally able to get back in the classroom and teach again. At a Catholic school and loving every day. Now I want to focus more on adding some muscle and keep growing in my faith.
