@Stacey Coleman Great question! Yes, light cardio between sets is totally fine if you enjoy circuit training. Just keep it low to moderate so you still have enough energy to challenge the weights. Strength is what helps shape the body and boost metabolism β€” the light cardio is just a bonus πŸ’ͺ🏾

@Sherrill Lassiter your a β€œgrazer” or β€œ snacker” nuts are a great source of healthy fat and protien . On the days where your appetite is low… just think 3 things. 1.Protein ( add tuna and whole grain crackers with your nuts) 2. Move (6k-10k steps) 3.Hydrate Those are the BIG 3! As far as sleep that’s our Next Challenge!! πŸ˜΄πŸ’€ Even for me I struggle with adequate rest and recovery!
