My Story is Long
I survived 5 near-death experiences, lost my mother to an overdose, and battled severe addiction for over two decades. I thought I had broken my life beyond repair—but I was just taking the pieces apart so I could rebuild them the right way. 🛶 Ready to get back in the boat? Join my community, Drifter Survivors, and let's level up together: https://www.skool.com/drifter-survivors-5764/about 👇 ABOUT THIS VIDEO 👇 In this video, I share my full, unfiltered life story. From the tragic loss of my biological father when I was just two years old, to growing up in the country living a "dual life"—a high-functioning athlete on the outside, and a kid caught in a pervasive culture of partying, pills, and alcohol on the inside. I recount the darkest moments of my life: the phone call that changed everything when my mother passed away, getting trapped in a flooded city steam tunnel, and hitting rock bottom not once, but twice. I share my "magic tricks"—the five times I miraculously escaped death—and how I finally realized WHY I was kept alive. If you are struggling with addiction, mental health, isolation, or just feel stuck cruising in the "comfort lane," this video is for you. I lost everything—my home, my marriages, and some of my closest friends. But I used that pain as the fire to light the fuse for the second half of my life. Now, as a life coach, my passion is helping you take the steering wheel back. It won't be easy. It's going to hurt. But we can break it down and build it back up together. ⏳ CHAPTERS / TIMESTAMPS ⏳ 00:00 - Intro: The Knock at the Door & Early Lessons 05:30 - Country Roads, Middle School & The Wrong Crowd 12:15 - Living a Dual Life: Daily Cruises to OxyContin 18:40 - The Hardest Phone Call & The Truth About Mom 26:10 - Spiraling Out of Control & The Flooded Steam Tunnel 33:20 - The Intervention & Grieving Through Sweat 38:45 - My 5 "Magic Tricks": Escaping Death 45:00 - Relapse, Isolation, and the Call for Rescue 51:30 - The Awakening: Starting Over with Absolutely Nothing 55:20 - The Reality of Addiction & Mental Health 58:00 - The Path Forward: Getting Back in the Boat (Join the Movement!) 🔗 CONNECT WITH ME & LEVEL UP 🔗 👥 Join the Drifter Survivors Community: https://www.skool.com/drifter-survivors-5764/about [https://www.skool.com/drifter-survivors-5764] [https://www.facebook.com/jamie.zupon] [https://www.instagram.com/stories/jamiezupon/] [https://www.tiktok.com/@jjzupon?lang=en] 💡 If this story resonated with you, please LIKE the video, SUBSCRIBE to the channel, and SHARE this with someone who might need to hear it today. Mornings Are For You
"Starting the day on the right foot changes the entire trajectory of what follows. As a parent, carving out that first hour just for myself isn't always easy, but it is absolutely essential. I use this quiet time to ground myself before the world demands my attention. A daily devotion, repeating my mantras, and doing a 'feelings journal' dump helps clear my mental clutter. From there, I move into meditation and yoga. This isn't just a routine; it's my dedicated time to wake up and truly water my brain and body so I can show up whole for the rest of the day." Sinceraly, Jamie (JJDrif)

Mornings Are For You
My Sobriety Became Leadership
"True leadership doesn't start with guiding others—it starts with successfully leading your own life. For years, I drifted through all walks of life, navigating deep trials, tribulations, traumas, ADD, and addiction. But by completely overcoming the outlook of my past and restructuring my mindset, I found my anchor. I lived it, so I can lead it. Let me guide you to be better, happier, and to feel fully alive again." Thanks, JJDrif

My Sobriety Became Leadership
Mental Mentality
My journey to this moment wasn't a straight line—it was a battle. After experiencing severe early-life traumas, I fell into long-term addiction. I am a two-time graduate of recovery, fighting different substances and scenarios a decade apart. But out of that darkness came a true awakening. I now completely understand what it takes to survive: a total restructuring of your identity, a rewiring of your brain, and a shift in perspective that allows you to respond to stress, emotions, and logic in ways you never thought possible. For a long time, my journey had to be about me first. I had to learn that my cup must be full before I can start pouring for others. Today, my cup is overflowing, and I am here. I am ready to help coach those of you looking to heal, break through mental blocks, and build a fulfilling "second life." Whether you are struggling with sobriety, feeling stuck, or suffering from deep trials, we can navigate it together. - For women: I offer a unique, unfiltered perspective to help you understand the men in your life and relationships. - For your mind and body: I am deeply passionate about holistic wellness, healthy routines, and natural ways to clean and nurture your neuro-connections. Privacy is paramount in our work together, but my own life is an open book. I will always take the time to hear you, see you, and guide you. Thank you for reading, Fam. Let's get to work. JJDrif
