I recently had a coaching call with @Cerys Stonefield ( She made £9.2K last month ) She said to me. "I feel like I'm doing everything." She was just like you...I get it... You're posting. You're trying new hooks. You're watching reels about algorithms. You're changing your bio. You're second-guessing every caption. Yet somehow... The coaches around you seem to be signing clients while you're wondering what magic trick they're using. So naturally... You assume you need a better strategy. A better funnel. Better editing. Better content. That's exactly what most online fitness coaches do. They keep adding more. More strategies. More hacks. More "secret" growth tactics. They spend hours trying to sound smart... Using marketing jargon... Talking about algorithms... Trying to prove they know what they're talking about. Because they think complexity equals expertise. Here's the problem... Your ideal client doesn't care how clever you are. They care whether you understand them. Most coaches completely forget they're talking to another human. Instead of speaking to one person... They start speaking like they're giving a TED Talk. Or worse... They start trying to impress other coaches. The more information you consume... The more complicated your content becomes. The more complicated your content becomes... The fewer people actually understand it. Clear beats clever. Every. Single. Time. This is where coaches unknowingly kill their business. They spend weeks trying to optimise things that don't actually matter. Meanwhile... They're posting content that nobody relates to. Their profile feels confusing. Their messaging feels scattered. People land on their page... Watch one Reel...And leave. Not because they're a bad coach. Because the person watching can't instantly think... "They're talking about me." The crazy part? Most people blame Instagram. When really... They're just making Instagram far more complicated than it needs to be.
