Howdy gents, What are people’s thoughts on blue light glasses for desk jobs? I got a pair that I use at night, but I see mixed opinions online about using them at my desk during work. What’s your thoughts?
Trying to get my head around eating 2g of protein per kg of body weight. I think I have been eating closer to 1g per kg and I like meat! I have started having protein shakes again and am going to add in some low fat cottage cheese. What else are people using to get to 2g per kg?
