I thought I would try in this group first. Does anyone have recommendations for a paralegal or lawyer near Ottawa to help me navigate tenant issues? I’m having a hard time dealing with a very difficult tenant.

Hi All! Want to introduce myself as I’m new to the group. I’d say I have some knowledge in investing but looking to step my game up while working with this group. I currently have 6 long term rentals and 2 short term rentals, which I currently have for sale. I was part of starting a short term rental management business a couple years ago. I am a master electrician and carpenter by trade, currently in business with my younger brother. Our business will be focusing on investment properties. Building and or adding value/units to customers properties. One project I am working on with my brother, is we would like to build a small 10-12 door apartment building on one of our properties. Learning lots on this real estate investing journey and look forward to sharing my knowledge as well as learn from others in this group. Excited to get to know everyone. Cheers
