First 360 Real Estate tour

Hope you dont mind my comments but the mix of icons is confusing and the placement of the camera in places could be better - some seem to high. Also look at is as if you were viewing the room so the camera does not need to be in the centre all the time , these could have done with brackets shots which would have saved the blown windows. I would have liked to see a better view of the whole house, the starting 360 feels to close to the house. Use of the drone is a plus and definitely needed here. You could look at reducing the up and down angle view so the viewer feels more comfortable. Great work all the same

@Rene Unger I use a 5 stop bracket going to -2 and +2 stops - then import them to Insta studio where I export them as JPG and then blend all 5 images together to give a more natural look and you can also see the outside through the windows

@Zach Calhoon Do you have or are you planning to offer the option of pixelating certain image sections? For example, for tours in houses where extremely expensive pictures are hanging that should not be seen by the public.

I also use a blur to areas I dont like - especially when I do an elevated drone 360 to start. I tend to blur out the houses close to the one I am concentrating on

Need Advice on Insta360 X4 for Virtual Tours
Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if the Insta360 X4 is good enough for shooting virtual tours. I have the camera, and while the video quality is great, I’ve noticed that the image quality for 360 photos especially indoors isn‘t as good as I expected. I know I need to edit the photos to improve the results, but I am not sure what the best editing settings are. Right now, Im debating whether I should invest in a better camera before approaching clients, as I want to deliver high-quality results from the start. But since i bought the insta 360x4 2 weeks ago i really don‘t know what to do… Do you have any recommendations? Thanks in advance! Best, Luan

You can increase the quality of your scans by bracketing but as Mathieu quite rightly mentioned - you get what you pay for. I use the Insta 360 Rs One due to the two 1' sensors

@Luan Gashi I use Insta Studio to sort all my editing of bracketing shots - I can then export all 5 as jog's ad blend from there - I cheat and send the 5 jpg's to an editor - great results though
