I would have one built...so a parts caster. Warmoth or the like. Fixed bridge that has saddles whose height and length can be adjusted individually. (So *not* a Tune-o-matic aka Les Paul -style.) 24 frets and Gibson scale length (not sure Warmoth can do this combination). Headstock where the strings don't bend/elbow from the nut to the tuning peg. Bridge pickup = Humbucker Neck pickup = Noiseless P90 2 volume pots. Zero tone pots. 3-way (or even 2-way) switch. Treble bleeds on the volume pots. Rear-routed (pick guard does not cover the control cavity with the electronics). Control cavity fully shielded. Stainless steel frets. Locking tuners. Either a TUSC nut or even a compensated nut. Hand all of this off to a luthier to assemble and Plek. Plek is a CNC machine that specifically shaves the frets to something like 0.001in. Plus a complete set-up by that master luthier. You get to choose your color, stain, and even wood (although you should look at the YouTube videos from Jim Lill on where tone comes from before bothering with fancy wood).
