It only takes a moment...
I used to think that if I was a "good yogi," I would wake up at 3am every day for a 3-hour practice, only eat clean foods, and be completely unattached to my feelings. Now I recognize—as a householder, a regular person living in the world—that I can live a deeply spiritual life in the small moments. A deep breath before a conversation. A hand on my heart when I feel overwhelmed. A mindful sip of hot tea. A pause to feel the sun on my skin. It only takes a moment to come home to yourself. And sometimes, that’s all it takes to feel better, to feel love, to remember gratitude. What’s one mindful moment you can take today?

What a week for yoga! Chair YogaRx began this week with a great 30 minute class in Coordination.
