The power of the whispered Ah
How to Do the "Whispered Ah" to Reduce Stress Learn how to master the "Whispered Ah"—a simple, effective vocal exercise designed to calm your nervous system and lower stress instantly. Key Steps in This Guide: Think of a person, pet, or thought that brings a genuine smile. Pause and sit at ease, letting go of tension in your neck, shoulders, and back. Inhale naturally through your nose. Release a soft, gentle "ah" sound through your mouth. Focus on communicating warmth and kindness rather than just "breathing."

@Heather Clawson Thanks Heather. Always great to work with you.
Breathwork that can calm your mind and open your heart
Are you feeling stressed, isolated, or overwhelmed? Before we can talk about breathing, we need to talk about stopping. In this video, I share a personal revelation I had 15 years ago at 4 AM, and how it led me to discover the life-changing power of Box Breathing. Used by the military, police officers, and the NHS, this incredibly simple method can help you quickly lower your heart rate, reduce cortisol, and regain conscious control of your life. It is not about strict timing or holding your breath; it is about finding an attitude of letting go. "Take a moment. And in that gap between the stimulus and response, that's where your freedom lies."
How to wake up your conscious mind with the right attitude
It takes a long time for many of us to realise we can escape the crushing weight of feeling unlovable or "defective." In this video, we explore the profound potential for human change and how to reclaim your space in the world. Inspired by the teachings of F.M. Alexander, we discuss the power of "waking up" the conscious mind to stop being controlled by negative thought patterns. Every morning is a fresh start—an opportunity to realise that you are not defined by your past struggles, but by your capacity to change and grow. In this video, you will learn: Why the "unworthy" narrative is a thought, not a truth. How to use conscious awareness to stop shrinking yourself. The importance of starting fresh every single morning. How to reclaim your "full space" in the world. ✨ Take the first step towards a new start today.

Tip For Queues
James your session on the The Physiological Sigh has been so helpful. I am not one for a queue.. doesn't matter what type, just the whole standing in a line thing makes me anxious and so irritated as I know I could be doing something far more productive 🙄☺️ So I have started practising the Physiological Sigh when I am in any queue wherever it may be and guess what....... IT WORKS AMAZINGLY... of course it does! Truly, I cannot recommend it enough, watch James' session and try it out - I feel so much better for having to had to stop and just be present and breathe!! So a queue is now time for me to be kind to myself and breathe 😊
