@Renee Schulze Hi Renee, Congratulation's on shedding that weight. My main stay diet is Carnivore, until my stomach is flat or flat and rippled, and its just my love handles remaining. So after the Carnivore Diet, i use 3 days of specific fasting, to lead my physiology in to the Cabbage Soup Diet, which is as follows. The 1st day consists of Chicken Both spiced with Redmond's Real Salt and Black Pepper, drinking as much as i want, plus drinking Water, as well as 1 to 3 Black Coffee's or Black Tea that day, and Meditating at least 2 times that day and Power Napping. The 2nd day is Water only, and Meditating 3 times that day and Power Napping. The 3rd day consists of only the Air i Breath, and Meditating at least 3 times that day, and Power Napping. The 4th day and further, i'll begin The Cabbage Soup Diet, for no more than 18 days straight (which means specific veggies, Black Pepper and Redmond's Real Salt in filtered water) and the more i eat, the more i shed inches in all fatty areas, such as the love handles, which will disappear within that period of time. What i notice (rather than weight loss) as per any of these Diets, is that i shed inches, which is noticed every few days, on my trouser waist size shrinking.
