New Blueprint: High-Ticket Dropshipping (the 9-phase system, with AI)
Blueprint 7 is live, and it's the model I'm actually building into a real company right now. High-ticket dropshipping is the opposite of the $20-gadget game everyone burns out on. You sell fewer items at $500 to $5,000 each and keep real margin per sale. Fewer orders, bigger profit, and customers who actually research before they buy. Honest part up front: this one is not easier. It's a real business. You'll form an LLC, get approved by actual suppliers, and build a store people trust with a $2,000 purchase. The barrier is higher, and that's exactly why the competition is thinner. I'd tell my own mother the same thing. What's inside the 9 phases: picking a niche that survives, validating demand with Google and PipiAds before you build, sourcing reliably through Doba (plus brand-direct accounts for deeper margin), building a trust-first store with Krafted, the LLC/tax/insurance layer most gurus skip, traffic with Google Shopping, the pre-sale phone script that closes high-ticket, and the freight and returns reality nobody warns you about. Real margin math (card vs financing), a Go/No-Go gate before you spend a dollar on ads, and an Honest Risks section. Full PDF is attached below. One question for the room: what's the ONE high-ticket niche you'd actually want to sell? Drop it below and I'll tell you straight if the margins look real before you build anything. James
Your level in here finally means something
Quick one I'm genuinely excited about. The levels in here used to be just "Level 1, Level 2." Boring, and they didn't mean a thing. Now they do. They map to the actual journey we're all on: First Steps, Lane Picked, First Dollar, First $100, First $500, all the way up to One-Person Empire. Your level isn't a number anymore. It's a marker of how far down the path you've come. Right now 97% of us are still at First Steps. That's not a knock. It means the climb is wide open and the early movers get noticed. Leveling up is simple: you post, you comment, you help someone else. Every bit of real participation moves you. So here's your first move: reply below with the ONE lane you're working right now (or want to work). That single comment bumps you up, and I read every one.
Start Here: your first 15 minutes in the club
Welcome. Don't try to read everything. Do these three things and you'll be ahead of 90% of people who join a community like this: 1. Introduce yourself in the intro thread. Just your name, where you're at, and the one income goal you'd love AI to help you hit. One sentence is plenty. 2. Pick your lane. Skim the blueprints in the Classroom and pick the ONE that fits your life right now. Don't collect them all. Pick one. 3. Take step one of that blueprint today. Not this week. Today. Even 10 minutes. The members who win here are the ones who start before they feel ready. That's it. Reply below with which lane you picked and I'll point you to the exact first step.

New Blueprint: The Throne Room (faceless AI YouTube for Bible content)
Blueprint 6 is live, and this one's close to my heart. The Throne Room is a faceless YouTube channel that shares Scripture and encouragement, grows a real audience, and earns through ads, digital products, memberships, and donations. You never show your face. You never record your own voice. AI does the heavy lifting. You bring the heart and the editing. Honest part up front: this is not fast and not passive. Most channels earn little for the first 3 to 6 months. The ones that break through are consistent and genuinely helpful. If you can post for 90 days before judging results, this works. If you can't, it's not your season for it. I'd tell my own mother the same thing. What's inside the guide: the 5 proven faceless formats (from morning devotionals to Scripture ambiance to Shorts), the full tool stack you can start free, real monetization math including why digital products usually out-earn ads, and the copyright and policy guardrails that keep you safe (KJV, cleared music, original scripts). Full 20-page PDF is attached below. Now the part I actually want to hear: if you were going to build this, who's the ONE person you'd make it for? The tired mom who needs two minutes of peace before the kids wake up? The friend rebuilding their faith? Name them in the comments. When you can picture one real person, the whole thing gets easier. I'll reply to every one. - James
Pick your lane (one word) and I'll hand you the exact first step
Quick one, and the easiest reply you'll give all week. I'd rather point each of you to the right next move than guess. So tell me which lane you actually want to start this weekend. Just drop ONE word in the comments: Dropshipping Influencer App LocalBiz Books Unsure That's it. One word. My promise: I'll reply to every single comment with the exact first step for your lane and the one resource in here that gets you moving. No fluff, no pitch. If you've been lurking, this is your sign. Drop your word.

@Sheryl Novak Yes, Books means publishing on Amazon KDP, and not the way most people picture it. You're not writing a novel from scratch. It's low-content and how-to books (planners, journals, short niche guides) where AI drafts and you refine and publish. But I saw your next comment too, so let's talk Influencer because that's where your heart clearly is.

@Sheryl Novak This is the perfect lane for you, and here's exactly why: the AI Influencer model is built for people who don't want to be on camera or be a salesperson. The "face" is an AI actor, not you. No filming, no pitch energy. Your first step this week is small: open MakeUGC, create one AI actor, and have it say a single 15-second line about a product you'd actually use. That's the whole first move. The AI Influencer Workflow in the Classroom walks you through it step by step. Do that one thing and tell me how it felt.
