Day 1 — Struggles & Wins (get real) 5 Struggles - overthinking so much that i miss out on stuff and waste time or opportunities - caring way to much what people and my mates and family think of me posting online - actualy sticking to the gym and being patient and consistent when i want the results yesterday - comparing myself to people way ahead of me in life and there content so just giving up before starting - i can be all or nothin with a lot of things ______________________________________ 5 Contrasting Wins: - lGetting shit done:instead of taking weeks overthinking everything i’m slowly starting to get better at just acting instead of letting myself change my own mind - Momentum:have started posting on tik tok and ig even though there not great or a lot it’s progress couldnt bring myself to post a gym clip before now i got montages up of me training and in work not a lot now but feeling bit more at ease with it and started acting first more and posting before lettin myself think about the things that shouldn’t matter - Rewards of consitensty:ive been confistient with the gym now for longer then i ever have and cant see myself ever stopping looking to get into competing at some point down the line aswell and starting to see a good progress im on my last week of a 12 week cut which ive managed to loose over 12kg of fat whilst getting stronger every week in gym and ready to lean bulk and build up now and getting the wins from sticking to it - Making my own opportunities:putting in the work to make content happen not just hoping it’ll come to me getting up planning stuff out booking to go away to have content options and stuff to help - Learning. when i do care about something i will put 110% in but im also learning that, thats not just a good thing its consistency too not just putting my all in for a few weeks then giving up if its not taken off ______________________________________ circled contrast: rewards of consistency Hooks: - i figured out the one thing no one tells you when starting the gym. - The hardest part about the gym isn’t the training hard, it’s the getting up the next day and doing it again
