Mine is making sure I don't strain my hip flexor as it's hurt right now, so mostly taking it easy. How about you guys?

Sure, the free bag might have been a little over the top, but the people who bought it loved it and that mattered more to us than the margin. From day one, we’ve believed in overdelivering. Hi guys, I'm Jamie, from Columbus, OH USA. I'm in my late 50s, but love that I have martial arts to keep me moving and working with younger folks. I'm a 2nd Dan in Gongkwon Yusul (Korean MMA) and also do Hopesool and Kyuktooki. Looking forward to this platform!
