What is something you learned or experienced that helped you naturally and more consistently be more comfortable with rolling and feel more loose before a roll?
@Rena Swidarski so if your getting that leg blocked or swatted down, your entries with the arm bar need to either be when you have control of their other arm (you have double wrist control) or an initial jumping your leg to the top of their shoulder so it’s a much less dramatic movement to go over the head.
