Some people are good at locking up deals with sellers. Others are good at selling those deals to buyers for top dollar. I’ve done both, but what I’ve found is that I’m really good at selling deals, especially to flippers. I’ve moved multiple deals and every time, I got it sold fast (2-3 days) and for top dollar. That’s why I’m looking for a solid partner. All you need to do is find motivated sellers and get the property under contract. Once that’s done, I’ll take it from there. I’ll negotiate with buyers, deal with the title company, and sell the deal to one of my buyers and we’ll split the profits. I’m in about 25 private WhatsApp groups full of serious buyers. These groups are invite only and you have to really know people to even get in. I can share with you my script and contract I've used to lock deals up.
