What Cuisines did your family cook when you were a kid? High School was spent in KY where I ate from the garden a lot. Lots of kale and red potatoes, onions, melons and grapes, strawberries and blackberries. For meat it was salted pork (called country ham.) How often do you cook? I cook daily for my family and I have a chef who prepares health-conscious meals for our local subscription meal service so I occasionally help her out. What's your profession? CEO of my own AI-assisted spice blend company Last meal before you die! It’ll always be sushi… unless something here makes me change my mind! Name one dish or ingredient you want to learn how to prepare! I joined this group because my culinary awareness has stagnated. Not sure what that one dish is, but I know that I want the next phase of my journey to include cultural appropriation. So yeah, this was a great place to land.
