Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has any experience running any Airbnbs/ SA’ and would to set up a Skool with me? It would be designed around supporting hosts with everything. I also teacher photography with some interior design experience. I’m also a teacher and would be pretty good at setting up the whole training program. I feel this may grow into something useful and lucrative. One of my investors also knows the best symptoms to manage a large number of Airbnb,s look forward to hearing from you. @Sam Joy Yes lots to do! Had an issue with completing on the deal last week as the investor who reserved the deal initially changed their mind. We do have another investor interested though. I may also look to post it in this community depending if the second investor takes it or not. I’m debating starting the 30 day social posting challenge.

- Had multiple meetings with potential investors and learnt a lot - Had a meeting with a new Broker I reached out to who specialises in commercial lending. - Had a really great month of bookings for March with my Airbnb. (Secured my first direct booking).

@Sam Joy Thank you Sam! We had noticed that the cleaners had raised there prices and are late to let us know with minor maintenance issues, so we should have been more profitable, however, I hope to sort this, this week.
