League Blueprint Drop #1: How the Draft Works
Today we’re breaking down how the Federation Sports Draft could function — and YOU will help shape the final version. This isn’t a fantasy draft. This is a real roster-building system that impacts player contracts, team budgets, and competitive balance across the entire league. Proposed Draft Model (Version 1) 1. Player Pool System • Athletes enter the league through a verified registration + scouting grade. • Members get access to player profiles, combine results, and position rankings. 2. Multi-Round Draft • Each team selects players over several rounds. • Draft order may be determined by community vote (lottery, random draw, performance-based, etc.). 3. Token-Backed Contract System • When a team drafts a player, a portion of the team’s token pool locks in as the player’s base contract. • Performance + fan engagement unlock bonuses. 4. Live Draft Experience • Members join a live draft inside the FS App. • Voting + confirmations determine each pick in real time. • Draft room chat

The Blueprint: What Federation Sports Actually Is
Today we’re zooming out so you can see the full picture of what you’re helping build. Most people think “fan-powered sports” means fantasy leagues or simulations. This is not that. This is a real professional sports league with real athletes, real teams, real salaries, and real competition — built with a new model the sports world hasn’t seen before. Here’s the Blueprint: 1. The League Concept (Simple but Revolutionary) Federation Sports is building the first fan-powered professional football league, where the community directly shapes: - What cities get teams - What the teams are called - Game rules & format - How the draft works - How players earn bonuses - Branding, uniforms & media - Team operations - Long-term roadmap You’re not watching from the sidelines — you’re co-creating the league system itself. 2. Token-Powered Team Ownership (The New Model) Each team is backed by a token-powered system that allows: - Fan-funded operating budgets - Team treasury allocations - Player bonuses & rewards - Revenue-sharing models - Voting & governance - Long-term ownership stakes This isn’t stock ownership — it’s a modern, blockchain-backed structure designed for sports. 3. Fan Decision-Making (Real Power, Not Gimmicks) Members get actual voting power on: - League-wide rules - Team strategies & branding - Player draft decisions - Budget allocations - Game-day experience - Media & marketing direction Your choices help shape the official league blueprint as we move toward launch. 4. “This Is NOT Fantasy Football” Fantasy football influences nothing in the real world. Federation Sports changes the real world. Your decisions lead to: - Real teams - Real uniforms - Real coaching systems - Real contracts - Real athletes on a field - Real games streamed worldwide

Here’s what’s coming next: 🔧 Module 2 — League Structure & Rules Game format options, rulebook concepts, player scoring, ops structure, and playoff formats. 💰 Module 3 — Tokenomics & Blockchain Token utility, governance rights, team token budgets, player contracts, game-time fan influence. 📱 Module 4 — Tech & App Development App framework, roles, scouting/drafting mechanics, prototypes, and beta roadmap. 🎨 Module 5 — Branding, Teams & Media League identity, first 6 team concepts, uniform system, video/media plan, launch timeline. As voting happens, we’ll refine and update every module live based on your decisions. This is the only community where members get to build a real pro sports team from the ground up. Let’s build the future of sports.

Cities We’re Looking At for the First Federation Sports Football Teams
After going through the data, football culture, population, and stadium availability, here are the cities that make the most sense for launching our first 16 teams. These spots all have strong fan bases, no competition from NFL/USFL/XFL, and stadiums in the 3,000–15,000 range that we can actually rent. Plus, each team is in a different state so we can build a real nationwide presence. 🟩 NORTH - Des Moines, IA - Madison, WI - Fargo, ND - Fort Wayne, IN 🟦 EAST - Richmond, VA - Wilmington, NC - Charleston, WV - Harrisburg, PA 🟥 SOUTH - Shreveport, LA - Mobile, AL - Tallahassee, FL - Chattanooga, TN 🟪 WEST - Fresno, CA - Boise, ID - Albuquerque, NM - Eugene, OR 🗣️What Do You Think? Which cities stand out to you the most? Which ones should be locked in for the first season? And are there any cities you think we should reconsider or replace? Let’s keep pushing — this is just the beginning. 🏈🔥
