YOU SEED THE VALUE 🌱 WE AMPLIFY IT 🌻
We’ve launched LinkedIn and Facebook pages for our community. They’re not primarily about promoting the community. They’re about putting you, your work, your projects, and your results in front of a much wider audience. We’ll share your best posts, discussions, and achievements, helping you reach the right people, whether that means new members, community owners, potential partners, sponsors, investors, or even potential buyers if you’re looking to exit. You can also bring us anything you’d like to put on the radar, whether it’s an event your community is organizing, a job opening in the community space, the launch of a new feature for the community app or tool you’re building, a new community project, or an opportunity to collaborate with other community leaders. Bring something valuable here. We’ll help it travel further. And if you want to be closer to what’s being built, Premium or VIP Partnerships give you greater visibility, but more importantly, the opportunity to help shape this emerging field with us.

Welcome @Rebekah Waller 👍 Tell us more about yourself and Wealth Warehouse IBC Community. In the new post please. Sharing url and self promo is allowed, and please put there minimum one nice photo, so we keep it fancy here. Also when we repost it, it will take it as a meta data on LinkedIn and FB.

Welcome, @Zak Smith! We’re here to support the entire community industry. Feel free to add your Calm Book Club to WhoTribe.com to help more people discover it. It’s free. And don't forget to share an intro post, just like the others have. Make sure to include a good photo so that social media platforms can pick it up when the post is shared outside the community. If you forget to add it initially and only upload it when editing the post, they usually won't fetch it.
What makes a community valuable? Autonomy 🤖
I shared a post on LinkedIn about community autonomy. The thesis was simple: the best communities need their founder less over time. But here’s the harder question: How do you actually get there? What would you change in a community to make members create more value without relying on the founder? Drop your best ideas below 👇

Smart people united by a shared passion and a subject they want to explore, discuss and develop together. And then there is the quiet leader who initially brings people together and helps them find a common direction. Yet they understand that their true role is not to remain in the spotlight, but to gradually become one of the collective’s members and give collective intelligence the space it needs to flourish.
AI can replicate products, not relationships.
Artificial intelligence is changing the rules of business in ways that could threaten even the largest companies. Adobe is one example. Developer Brandon Thomas used AI to create ArtCraft, offering free, open-source alternatives to seven Adobe applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. They aren't full replacements for professional tools yet, but the speed of development is remarkable. What if products that took years and millions of dollars to build could be replicated in weeks? Even the biggest companies aren't untouchable. That's why I believe strong communities will become some of the most valuable assets of the future. It wasn't a coincidence that companies like Anthropic, OpenAI and Lovable were investing in community leadership, with reported annual compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 for some Head of Community roles. They weren't just hiring people to manage social media. They were investing in relationships, trust and a competitive advantage that AI couldn't easily replicate. Consider Midjourney and its 18 million people on Discord. Competitors can copy its features, build similar image generators and offer lower prices. But can they copy millions of relationships, shared history, trust and collective intelligence? I DON'T THINK SO ❌ ArtCraft directs visitors from its website straight to Discord community. Even its LinkedIn “Learn more” button takes you directly to the community, not the website. The result? 115,118 Discord members, with 26,000 active right now, versus just 2,000+ LinkedIn followers. A strong community is more than an audience. It's a network of people who share knowledge, collaborate and generate collective intelligence that no individual could easily create alone. AI can replicate products, but it can't easily replicate years of trust and relationships.
AI can replicate products, not relationships.

Could I ask you a favour @Daniel Udofa? It'd be great if we could start spreading more awareness about the skills and new capabilities associated with Levels 4 and 5 of Community Investment Mastery. If you can, could you repost it on X? I believe it has the best audience for this today, particularly people who would be interested in this. LinkedIn seems to be dominated more by 9to5 guys than entrepreneurs. Btw, if @Tomáš Tapšík hasn't reached out to you yet, expect a private message from him in the coming days. He'll show you how to use Tapdust.com Tomáš'll also reach out to @Divine Power, @Sonia Zvereva, and @Honey Syed. Just let you know guys about it. I'd love to jump on a call with you all myself, but right now I need to focus 100% on preparing my presentation for Lisbon Community Week. I also want to secure an Ultra Sponsor before the conference so we can make progress on our Q4 plan. Many thanks 🙏

Excellent. I’m proud of you all!
About me!
Hi team, A bit about me: I previously exited Hashlock.com after co-founding it 4.5 years ago and growing it to be one of the leading firms in its industry globally. I now run an advisory firm helping other businesses to grow and to fundraise, and I've started a community for founders who are either fundraising or have fundraised in the past, as well as investors. If you're interested in meeting investors and founders, come join!

Just to add, Fletcher's talking about the Funded & Fundraising Founders community, where I'm personally an active member and can confidently recommend it. There're some interesting people in the group. Based on my current impression, I'd estimate that around 1-2% are VC or PE fund owners, 5-10% are early-stage investors looking for their first or second investment, and the rest are generally established Fintech and Web3 startup founders who're either looking for seed funding or have recently raised a round. These're rough estimates based on conversations I've had with members, and Fletcher'll undoubtedly be able to share more detailed insights. Fletcher and I have already had two online meetings, and I'd say we're getting along pretty well. We're already coming up with ideas for processes that could help fund early-stage communities for people who'd like to build them from scratch but don't have the money, knowledge, or, most importantly, the desire to do that instead of getting started with acquisitions and Community M&A straight away. I'd also like to tag and recommend @Kaustubh Katdare, the founder of the Jatra community platform, which he's currently bootstrapping. I definitely think the project deserves more attention. Kaustub and I have also had an online call. Kaustub mentioned it in this post. I think you two should jump on a call and have a chat, as I'm sure you'll have plenty to talk about. To save you some time, here's Fletcher's calendar for Founders so you don't have to go looking for it. You can thank me for saving you the time later ✌️😉
