For the players we will use stool to focus developing the most important part of performance… the MINDSET. For the Coaches we will be Hosting Courses and calls in a structured programme to help you develop your understanding and grow as a person and coach. In football we spend hours training the body, but very little time training the mind. Here we will work on things like: • Confidence on the pitch • Dealing with mistakes • Handling pressure in matches • Leadership and communication • Building mentally strong teams Inside this community you’ll get: ⚽ Weekly mindset sessions for players 🧠 Coach education sessions 📚 Practical tools you can apply immediately 💬 Discussions with other players and coaches 📅 Live Q&A sessions But most importantly… This is a community where we support each other to improve. The Classroom section is where you’ll find all of our learning content and courses for players, parents, and coaches. Here we’ll be adding football education, training resources, and guides to support development both on and off the pitch. ⚽📚 To access the first courses, members will need to reach Level 1 on the leaderboard. You can level up by engaging in the community — liking posts, commenting, replying in discussions, and sharing your own ideas or experiences.
