For the Claude - Hermes trading agent setup do we need Claude Code (terminal) or does it work the same on claude desktop?

hi team, I want to set up Claude/Hermes for Trading View. Do I build the trading agent first or do I connect to TV MCP first please?

Honestly I have just joined last week from YT videos and I can tell you from searching and searching through groups, Yt videos etc that this is some of the most insane value. Just wanted to give Lewis his flowers for this as I have gotten and learned so much this past week its really helping with my overall buildout etc. Phenomenal stuff mate.
