1- In the heavy / tight formations that you use primarily now how does that change the backs footwork ? Using those formations it hits quicker but do you lose a little bit of the cutback attack? 2- If you could only run 3-4 formations what would those be?

Your First Wide Shoot Rule

Former High School - OL Coach. Coaching my sons youth team now so getting back into the world. Ran some simple WZ principles last year and had success. I played in and coached in the Power T offense so I know that system well. Awesome to watch you use that formation.
