With only a few days away till 2024, I'm currently at $123,501 of submitted premium or $1,482,012 an annual premium for 2023. 2023 has been a very interesting year to say the least. For all my predictable premium family here, I want to note I only took appointments 2 hours a day 3 days a week, 81.45% of all the appointments have shown up and 88.72% we're all closed in one meeting under 45 minutes. (@Alberto,... BOOOOMMMM!) BUT I'M NOT DONE UNTIL I GET TO $125 K! So, if there's anyone struggling out there, keep going over it and over it and over it and over it until it works because I did not get there right away, but I'm there now! Based upon the trends that I have seen, the biggest change for 2024 as written in my goals will be to move towards more of a branding play versus advertising. I have noticed a significant uptake in organic leads versus paid advertising. I believe 2024 will officially be the year of value online. Further it's time to make the processes more efficient. So to that end, I've hired a young,sharp, genius operations manager with a documented proven track record and already a millionaire by the age of 28. When I hear people say things like "millennials don't work"lol, this one does. Who else has spotted any trends heading into 2024? Anyone else down their goals? I highly recommend that you get with Alberto and review them if he's open to it. It makes a difference!

For 3 straight years I have been trying to crack this insurance leads generation... It's been a really long journey. I'm happy to say I finally did. Launched a new Fb (15th time) test campaign yesterday and it happened. Leads pumping in every hour for just under 1.50$ per leads. Grateful I didn't give up on the industry so soon.
