Following Jake's "party over here" invitation and saying Hello! I am a somatic self-trust practitioner and intimacy coach devoted to embodied human wholeness. Through private and group facilitation of nervous system integration and consciousness-based practice, I support men, women, and couples to deepen emotional and relational coherence and integral intimacy. My private coaching is available both in person and virtual and I offering ongoing session packages (75 min sessions) plus extended somatic 2-6hr intensives (I LOVE it all, and I love the intensives for the deeper dive they cultivate).
