Is anyone involved in social housing? If so, what does the course contain and how much does it cost?

Good afternoon guys, I have a booking that I need to pass but ive never done it before so wanted to know how you handle it. I have seen other people say that they take the money, take their commission and then pay the person hosting. but how would this work for a booking thats 4+ months? im worried the host and guest will cut out the middle man, me. Id greatly appreciate if anybody could help me here

Hi Everyone, Quick introduction incoming, I’m Craig O’C and based in the Ashfield & Mansfield area of the East Midlands. I was in the Telecoms industry for well over 30yrs, and 28yrs with the same company, until redundancy in Dec 2024 helped carve the road to today ... From Area Operations Manager into initial Property Courses, then starting a new job within a total new field away from Telecoms (Social Housing - Steep learning curve!) with some great people. Although I am a member of a fantastic 12mth mentorship, I have also been seeking out a niche community who's primary focus is within the Serviced Accommodation arena. This is where I've been drawn towards @Adam Hindley and your PTB community to hopefully, help kick-start and accelerate my SA venture.
