I'll be building it out in HL and integrating conversational AI, automations, newsletters - and a couple of other 'bells and whistles'.

I’m working with a client in GoHighLevel and I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to track manual labor hours inside the platform. I’m also looking for a way to internally build and calculate estimates, similar to how products can be added to total costs, but for internal use only and not sent to clients. The goal is to track time, labor, and job costs in one place for internal reporting and profitability without affecting customer-facing invoices or quotes. Need help pricing this package - just got off a call with a prospect Here’s what they need: ∙ AI chatbot + voice bot ∙ Ad management ∙ Reputation management (Google review requests and responses) ∙ GHL CRM setup and ongoing management What I quoted so far: ∙ $2,000 setup fee ∙ $297/month for conversational AI ∙ $197/month for reputation management Where I’m stuck: 1. What should I charge for ad management? (monthly retainer? I’m just consulting them I’m not doing it myself they have an In house ads guy) 2. What should I charge for GHL CRM build and ongoing consulting? 3. Should I have a separate setup fee for GHL, or roll it into the initial $2,000? It’s been taking me a little bit more time, but I’ve been cloning prospect’s website and adding the conversational AI to it and sending that to prospects saying hey I just built you this tell me what you think and this morning I got two booked calls and one extremely interested person that’s a tattoo Artist she makes about $2000 a day so if the booking agent can just book one person a month then that covers everything for the whole month plus some and I’m only gonna be selling her the conversational AI/voice ai The next plan is to be also upselling her on ads. I'll make an update in the comments once I have the call with her later today.
