Meta Ads aren´t generating any leads

The campaign hasn’t spent any budget in the last 6 days.
I´ve launched a campaign with 9 ads, with broad targeting for USA, then shifted to Florida, with a budget of $50 per day. It didn´t spend anything in 6 days. Could you help me figure out what might be the issue?
