And as an FYI, any recordings that you miss from Flip Man‘s calls, which happen every Wednesday 7 PM Eastern they will be posted the following week in case you miss. But this is where you get one on one assistance from Thai and learn from other people, asking questions who are trying just as hard as you.

EXCITED AND EAGER TO BE A GATOR

Hello everyone. I am in WISCONSIN, close to Milwaukee in Ozaukee County. I would love to partner if you are close. I am brand new to Real Estate. I have never done a deal, don't have an LLC, and I am green. I am very passionate about finding a 3rd income stream to help my family financially VS just sales and running my business. The way Flip Man promotes this, it feels that anyone can do this. I want to challenge myself and show myself that I CAN succeed in this space and pay for my friends to join the program and family members too. Any support is SO appreciated.
