Waking up to a resting heart rate of 160bpm as you can imagine was extremely scary… the doctors have told me that stress is enhancing my anxiety, giving me adrenaline surges even when I sleep!🤣 only I could be off my absolute tits while I’m sleeping🤣😂 the ecg told us that everything is normal and they’ve given me some beta blockers to hopefully keep me at bay until I feel a bit better❤️ The Skool Hub… what an amazing place… reading all your messages, listening to all your stories and realising that everybody here has had their own unique experiences with mental health is so eye opening.
