Hi everyone, my name is Milton. I’m currently experiencing the following issue I have an automation set up to reply to all comments on TikTok. However, sometimes certain comments are not responded to. In some cases, the comments don’t enter the workflow at all. In other cases, they appear as “responded” inside GHL, but the reply does not show up on TikTok. The most frequent issue is that some comments simply don’t receive a response. The automation is configured to reply to all comments (it is not divided by specific posts, since there are multiple videos). I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem. I’ve considered dividing the automation by post, but I’m unsure whether that would actually help or just increase operational workload. I’m also wondering if this could be related to TikTok limitations or a connection issue with GHL. I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

I would like to ask the community here if anyone knows if it is possible to create unlimited communities under each subaccount in the starter plan for 97 USD ? Or if this is perhaps only an option for the unlimited plan for 297 USD ? And will it be possible for my members to switch between multible communities within one single white labeled- or standard app? I really appreciate will share their knowledge about this subject :)
