@Joseph Garcia my casino is awesome because they offered the 2-week dealer training class fully FREE and if we pass an audition, we get the job! Some casinos require their paid dealer school or 3rd party.

@Joseph Garcia we start at min wage but that’s $15 for CA, and then we also get tips, which is (usually) higher than our hourly wage. Plus you get a little raise for each new table game you learn to deal.
