How can I improve this Hero section?
I've been learning web design for only 3-4 months and been using Elementor on WordPress. I'd love any feedback on this Hero please. The badge has a subtle rotating animation as the user scrolls, and the carousel at the bottom moves every 4-5 seconds or so. The CTA has a subtle hover animation (turns into ghost button on hover). Thank you.

@Imran Hossain Great points, thanks for that! I'm going to make those changes. I'm using Elementor Pro and WordPress, do you recommend any plugin/method to get those stars displayed nicely - all I'm aware of is the Stars widget, it is pretty basic but I guess can do the job.
