Soulmate University has been a truly positive and eye-opening experience for me. It helped me understand that the journey to love is not just about finding the right person, but also about becoming more grounded, confident, and connected with yourself first. Through the course material, I learned a lot about self-worth, healing old patterns, emotional safety, and the importance of alignment in relationships. It gave me space to reflect on how I’ve grown and how I want to continue showing up in my life. What I found most helpful was that the program was both encouraging and practical. The exercises, journaling prompts, and self-reflection tools helped me shift the way I see myself. I now feel more confident, more self-aware, and more at peace with who I am. Soulmate University reminded me that love starts from within. I see myself now as someone who is worthy, growing, and capable of creating a healthy and meaningful relationship. Hi everyone, I’m Mike Defazio, and I’m grateful to be part of this community. I value growth, meaningful connection, and creating a space where people can learn, reflect, and support one another with honesty and purpose. I’m excited to contribute, share what I’ve learned, and continue building alongside others who are committed to becoming their best selves.

I’m really appreciating the first portion of this guidebook because it creates a strong foundation for the journey ahead. It starts with clarity about what kind of love and partnership we want, then moves into self-love, healthy boundaries, and the deeper work of becoming emotionally ready for lasting connection. One thing I think is especially important is how this guidebook encourages us to think honestly about the difference between healthy love and patterns that don’t serve us. That includes reflecting on the seriousness of commitment, the importance of communication, trust, responsibility, and whether two people are truly building something sustainable together. In that sense, even difficult topics like separation or divorce become part of the bigger conversation about what it means to protect your peace and choose wisely. What I appreciate most is that this isn’t just theory it asks us to look inward and reflect on the kind of relationship we are actually prepared to create. Forgot the relationship part 😅 When I find someone attractive, I don’t know how to start a conversation. I want a relationship based on trust and communication. People I dared in the past told me I’m calm and simple and they’re not used to that. I want to live on a farm and take care of my garden and animals. I want someone who know what they want and have objectives for their futur.
