Hey all! My name is Jake! I am currently working in 2 industries, I am an assistant store manager for Skechers footwear, and I am also a real estate agent, I just started, but already have a listing with 2 more coming! I live in Lapeer Michigan, and I’m not sure it’s a “fun” fact, but I really want to transition out of retail and into owning and operating cash flowing assets, primarily mobile home parks but also apartments!
