Welcome to End Infant Circumcision.
I'm grateful you're here. This community was created to protect future children, support parents, and help men heal while working to end infant circumcision in America. I recently attended the Intact Global conference in Los Angeles and met some incredible people who have dedicated years of their lives to education, advocacy, research, and legal efforts surrounding circumcision. One thing I noticed, though, was that very little attention was given to how men actually heal. Many men are carrying questions, grief, anger, confusion, or emotions they have never had a safe place to talk about. Others are simply trying to understand their experience and what it means to them. I believe education can be part of healing. I believe advocacy can be part of healing. And I believe protecting future children can be part of healing too. So I'd love to start by hearing from you: What brought you here? Was it a child? A partner? Your own experience? A desire to learn? Something else? No right or wrong answers. Just introduce yourself and share whatever feels comfortable.
Welcome to End Infant Circumcision.

For me, this journey began about two years ago during a deep meditation experience. I unexpectedly remembered and relived parts of my birth, including my circumcision. Whether others interpret experiences like that the same way or not, it was incredibly intense for me and opened the door to questions I had never seriously considered before. As I reflected on my life, I began to see ways that circumcision may have influenced my relationship with myself, my body, intimacy, and my relationships—especially with women. That curiosity led me down a path of learning, healing, and personal growth. Since then, my life has changed in beautiful ways. I've found deeper relationships, welcomed a new baby into the world, and begun doing work that feels meaningful and aligned with who I am. Along the way, I've found practices, perspectives, and conversations that have helped me heal. I created this community because I want to help protect future children while also creating a space where boys and men of all ages can share their experiences, find support, and discover what healing means for them. I believe the stories we share here have the power to change lives. I'm grateful you're here.
